Eating our way around Copenhagen – a day in the life of a grazing family on the move!!

Breakfast means porridge and porridge means GROD in Torvehallerne.   Select your 3 toppings from a list including fruit,  nuts,  yoghurt,  caramel,  peanut butter….

Mid Morning Sugar Fix!

Time for waffles at the Christmas stalls in Nyhavn

(How do you like it?  Sugar or Nutella!)

For lunch it has to be PAPIROEN for street food – Copenhagen style.  But how to choose!

(My favourite was the shredded duck!!)

  1. I didn’t realise porridge was a thing in Denmark. I didn’t see any when I was there. The Christmas markets are great for on-the-go snacks. Loved the vibe there as well.

    1. Problem with me though is that every food stall looks better than the last and must be sampled!!

I loved the vibe there as well. I must say that overall the city exceeded my expectations – we had a great time there.
