It looks like one of the pillars in the Farseer books by Robin Hobbs..where you enter them to emerge at another place!

I have never seen this stone, I was curious to know more about it, it seems that it is a Bespoke Cut Stone Sculptures by Cassidy Brothers.
That’s the only thing I could find also ….but I think they just provided the stone…
