Interesting shape. reminds me of one of those neck pillows they have for traveling.
Such an interesting structure! Have you seen folks sitting on it?
I had to actually check online to ensure that it was even a seat before posting it for the challenge!!! It was such a wet day when we were there that no one was sitting about anywhere so I’d no idea if it were used for that purpose or just an installation!
