A PHOTO CHALLENGE OF PLACES WE SIT…OR MIGHT SIT…OR ART ABOUT SITTING
This promenade runs along the Rio Guadalquivir in Cordoba. You can catch a glimpse of La Mezquita – the amazing Mosque Cathedral – on the opposite bank. This is a lovely place in which to sit – except now at siesta time when its HOT!

XingfuMama posts every Friday morning…..

One of our favourite places in Spain..Hope to revisit this October ,all going well. Fingers crossed.
Ah … better timing that August!! Hope you get there Barry…. XXX
Nowhere nicer to sit than by the river Guadalquivir in Seville, but Cordoba will do! I missed this when I was there last.
Our hotel was out that direction – about a 20 minute walk – so we passed this way several times… It’s a popular spot with locals for meeting up after the heat of the day…
Beautiful sunshine!
I might have been moaning about the heat at the time – I didn’t mean it – honest!!!
Lovely place. I can imagine that the seats do get hot in the summer sun.
Ouch!!
