Visiting South Africa? – You’re just going to love the Colours!

Of course there are the greys and browns (not to mention the ubiquitous white cars!) – BUT – those colours! Is it just the sunshine I wonder that makes everything look so lovely.

Here’s a quick tour – bringing you through markets, artworks, sunsets, the beautiful huts at Muizenberg Beach before finishing up in the wonderful Cape Town neighbourhood of Bo-Kaap…..

Mind you – he’s no shrinking violet himself! (he’s going to murder me for this!!!!)

We visited South Africa in January, 2024

  1. Well, well, well. what a surprise. The first Post in months that has arrived by itself, i.e. without me having to trawl through numerus posts in Reader to find out what you’re doing and where you are.
Great pictures and so pleased to see that you are still travelling and that the plaster cast is no longer there. Look forward to seeing more posts from you – but I won’t hold my breath!

    1. It’s a great time to travel – we packed away all the Xmas staff and then packed our bags – a definite stretch in the evenings when we got back and we avoided at least 2 storms!
