Another green man, and this one is actually green. You know, I find this particular medieval icon quite scary. Two years ago a friend bought me ‘green man’ pendant but I was unable to wear it and eventually had to give it away. I don’t consider myself superstitious but the green man really gives me the jitters.

He’s not very nice is he – but I liked the detail at the time….
