Thanks to pals Aiva from OURCROSSINGS, Allan from PhotoBlography3 and Christie from 1000 Places and Memoriesfor the nomination.
The Travel Challenge involves posting one favourite travel picture for each day – That’s 10 days, 10 travel pictures, 10 nominations, and 0 explanations!
I do have favourite photos but I’ve probably used them , at least once if not more, in previous blogs so they might look a bit familiar!! Despite the chaos of our times, there’s still a bit of a build up to Christmas so I hope I make it to day 10 without distraction!!!
Today I nominate Ørjan from Wremertravels for the challenge. Please link to me if you decide to participate. If you are not interested or do not have time to participate, don’t worry about it.

This looks like a Sicilian Greek Temple. In Seliunt ?
Not on Sicily …..
Great photo, Marie 😊 Could it be somewhere in Greece? Have a good Monday, my friend 😀
No… Not in Greece!
Is it Agrigento? I’ve seen so many ruins over the years that apart from the Colosseum and Ephesus I’m never sure where they are. Lovely pictures and I do so long to be there in that parched countryside with that blazing sun making me complain of the heat (I’ll never do that again).
Not Agrigento…. but I’ll give you Italy…..
It does look Greek, for sure. Thanks for sharing Marie. Allan
Its a Greek Temple in Italy….
Its Paestum in Southern Italy……
I wouldn’t have guessed😉
Its a bit off the radar so not frequented as much as other sites… fab though…
I am totally sorry for not seeing this until now… I did not see any kind of notification that you had tagged me for the challenge.
No worries – my fault … I never notified you and it was a busy week … coming up to Christmas. XXXMarie
