Aha! I see you’re an early riser as that looks like a sunrise (not a sunset as it would be in my picture)! I love the blues and the elegance of that beach – so Italian.
Ah Ha!! I’m no morning person! Its definitely an evening photo… probably the angle of the bay in relation to the setting sun… It’ll make you wistful for Italy Mari – I know you love it….
Seeing this brings waves of nostalgia. The beaches here look so different now.

Probably like last year. Heavily restricted access to beaches, temperature controls and booking a week in advance.
Must be a nightmare trying to administer that kind of access…. Hard to know yet if many foreign visitors will arrive….

There are plenty of gorgeous beaches close to you in Sligo that would hold their own against it… but its the sun, and the food and the narrow streets behind… can’t beat it..
