Yes, I remember this place…but without the snow. Love it!
We were just there once – straight after new year – one day of snow but the following day wasn’t too bad. A nice place for a mini break

I, too, remember it but without the snow. And I’ve got almost the same photograph. I can still taste the thick chocolate (which I didn’t like) in the famous Maxims.
I don’t remember Maxims. I do remember however, that walking around the area of the fountain was about the best of the weather we had and the days being particularly short. It was early January – not the best time to be travelling of course but we got the train from Vienna for a few days.
The sculptures have very expressive faces.
It’s a nice piece isn’t it….
