This week’s theme from Debbie for One Word Sunday is FLAT
I came across this in Ennis, County Clare, during the summer – It’s of no particular significance and I can’t find out anything about it but the location struck me as really odd!! It’s in the garden of The Old Ground Hotel and rather out of sync with the ivy clad residence!!

It’s perfect for the challenge!
Thank you Aletta
That’s a bit bizarre! Looks like it should be next to a pool 😆
When I decided to use the photo I looked it up and found nothing – so I phoned the hotel and no one at reception could help! One staff member said it had something to do with The Wild Atlantic Way but wasn’t sure what exactly!!
Is it Davy Fitz on discovering he didn’t get the Galway coaching gig !
Probably!!! 😂😂
😖🏑🏑🏑😅 😂 🤣
🚩🏳️ …… this is the nearest I can get to the Maroon and White flag Jimmy!!!!
Quirky, but fun!
Great to find a use for the photo!!!😅 😂
It’s good, but I agree it seems out of place. If the artist’s intention was to get people talking about it, it’s working. 🤣
True – but I’d love to know a bit about it…. can’t find anything!
